OVERVIEW
Mr. Sales knows and understands what is involved in starting and running a successful Government contractor organization. As the founder, CEO and President of National Technologies Associates, Inc. (NTA) he started the company in a basement and growing it to a multi-million dollar entity with offices across the United States. NTA’s revenue today is over $100M. Mr. Sales sold his interest in the company in the 1990’s.
Mr. Sales has also worked for the Titan Corporation where his responsibilities included: the management of their Contracts in their Northeastern Region; participation on due diligence teams in the merger and acquisition; participation in protests at the agency, department and GAO levels; and, headed up business proposal efforts for procurements ranging from the purchase order thresholds to $100M +.
He has worked with numerous start-up companies with an impressive growth achievement, getting contracts in place (GSA Schedules, directed 8(a) procurements, etc) and assisting customers and program managers to get work placed on contracts.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in: the development of Business Proposals; pricing strategies; teaming agreements; Non-disclosure Agreements; Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) assessments; contract negotiations; best business practices; FAR and supplements compliance; Professional employee compensation plans; and, a wide variety of other business subjects.
