Who We Are: TeknoLogix is a professional people services company and was incorporated in 2004. We are a woman, minority and veteran–owned small business. We are now SWaM certified.

TeknoLogix manages each of our focused areas of expertise through the use of TeknoLogix Quality Management Practices (TQMPs) developed with the assistance of numerous highly successful subject matter experts. 

TeknoLogix is a business that cares for our community and supports service initiatives through our Wings of Warmth company program. We bring jobs to our military personnel and candidates who are seeking new career opportunities through our clients, agencies, teaming relationships and TSBIC. 

Who We Support: Our clients include small, mid-sized and large firms in information technology, telecommunications,  proposal and  government industries.  Currently we serve fewer than two dozen clients, and plan to grow at a controlled pace. This allows us to build in-depth service relationships with clients resulting in a better understanding of our clients’ capabilities, goals and challenges.

Our Business Solutions: We provide capture management solutions --proposal consulting, staff augmentation, and TeknoLogix Proposal Workshop and Seminar interactive courses to federal, state, local and commercial contractors. 

  TeknoLogix Proposal Consulting--We maintain a cadre of proposal experts who are prepared to immediately support your team, short-to-long term, both on- and off-site.  

  TeknoLogix Staffing Solutions --This is our staff augmentation solution; including temporary, subcontracting and permanent placement services. We also provide resumes for your immediate RFP requirements during proposal development – hiring upon contingency, subject to contract award.  

  TeknoLogix Proposal Workshop & Seminar --Our interactive workshops teach you how to capture, plan, design, write, produce, price and deliver fully compliant proposals.This includes an orals preparation seminar and workshop series. 

Our Vision: TeknoLogix is dedicated to providing a "soft-landing" to veterans transitioning from military to civilian professional environments; entrepreneurs and consultants on a journey to fulfill their dreams and to professionals seeking a stepping stone to re-enter the information technology, telecommunications, proposal and government industries.
