Proposal Managers	Our Proposal Managers are responsible for the overall proposal bid and proposal efforts from winning strategies facilitation and coordination, to proposal management plan, RFP outline, Kick Off meeting, Daily proposal team management, including status meetings, strategy sessions, in-process reviews, Proposal team time sheet review/approval, Proposal preparation work environment and ground rules in accordance with client and relationship, policies, Proposal status reports, Coordination with Cost Proposal Preparation, Proposal architecture preparation, Architecture presentation to Architecture Review Team, Response to all Review Team results and comments and debrief to proposal team, Proposal layout, packaging, and on-time delivery and Conduct of lessons learned session. Proposal and Technical Editors	Our Editors read and revise the quality of your content and ensure that your proposal is compliant, communicates clearly, accurately, and meets the highest quality standards. Our editors also possess the ability and experience to edit complex technical material to ensure it is presented in a readable, accessible style, and to rewrite such material when necessary without altering its meaning. They are highly skilled in matters of grammar and style and concerned equally with the language, substance and physical appearance of the finished document.
Proposal and Technical Writers	Our Writers develop winning themes and strategies, writing compelling text that informs and persuades evaluators in your favor. Production Manager / Specialists	Production Managers and Specialists prepare proposal production schedules, identify outside resources for proposal photocopying for primary production or as back up, produce appropriate number of proposal copies for the first and second draft internal reviews, ensure availability of proposal binders, tabs, paper, packing boxes, labels, tape, and other supplies for proposal production and packaging, and works with Proposal Coordinator and Manager to arrange proposal delivery.
Desktop Publishers	Our Desktop Publishers develop standard word processing style guides used by writers to ensure minimal electronic formatting prior to desk top publishing. In additional to assuming responsibility for production of final proposal document, the publishers coordinate word processing, and as appropriate, integrate final graphics into document works with the Proposal Manager and Coordinator to determine proposal style.
